Locating Deleted or Previous Versions of Files for Restore
First, sign into your account (external link) and navigate to the View/Restore Files page and scroll down.
To locate files that have been deleted or removed from your computer, often you need to change the “Files Backed Up From” drop downs on the View/Restore Files page. Leave the “From” side on “Beginning of Backup” and set the “To” side to a period of time when the files had not yet been deleted or removed, such as “7 days ago“. The file viewer will reload and you will be able to navigate to the location of the deleted files. This same process applies to locating previous versions of files. Using this method, the backup snapshot can be rolled back up to 30 days from todays date.
