Two-factor authentication
Enable two-factor authentication to make your account more secure. When you log in, you’ll enter your password and a verification code. If someone else ever gets your password, they can’t log in without access to your phone or your backup code.

Make sure you have a trusted phone that can receive text messages and a safe place to save your backup code. You can link a phone number to one account. If you want to enable two-factor authentication on more than one account, you’ll need more than one phone number with texting enabled.
